The PP205250 plugs into the factory ISO-DIN radio connector used in most semis and equipment built after 2005. The other end is a set of color-coded wires that match the harness that comes with an aftermarket stereo.
Use it when you want to install an Alpine, Dual, Jensen, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony, or similar radio in a truck that already has the ISO-DIN plug. It mates with the truck side, so the factory harness stays intact. The bare ends splice to the aftermarket stereo’s own harness. Colors normally line up one for one, but match them against the color to function chart below before you crimp.
- Yellow : 12V+ Constant (memory & main power)
- Red : 12V+ Accessory/Ignition (triggers stereo on/off)
- Black : 12V- Ground (Vehicle chassis)
- Orange : Dash Light Dimmer/Illumination
- Blue : Power Antenna or Remote Amplifier on/off

Steering wheel or sleeper controls will not function with an aftermarket stereo. If your truck has either of these, you may want to reconsider adding an aftermarket brand. Using one of our heavy-duty stereos will ensure these controls function properly.
