The PP201495 harness has three connectors on the truck side and is used to convert Peterbilt and Kenworth 2A/3A-wiring found in the following list to the modern ISO-DIN stereo connector.
- All Medium Duty, Cab Over Engine (COE) and Conventional 330
- All Conventional Models Built 10/86 Through 6/05
This wiring adapter converts the three-connectors factory stereo wiring in your Peterbilt or Kenworth truck to the new standard ISO-DIN plug. After plugging in the PP201495 adapter you will be able to directly connect to any DEA355, DEA5XX, or DEA7XX series stereo. This includes all late model Delphi and all current model Aptiv brand heavy-duty truck stereos found on the STS website.
If you are going to install an aftermarket stereo such as Alpine, Jensen, Kenwood, Pioneer etc.., you should use this PP201495 wiring adapter plus our PP205250 ISO-DIN to Aftermarket adapter which allows direct wiring to an aftermarket brand stereo harness without cutting into your factory wiring.
