Here at STS we hold nothing back. We know that your time is valuable and you need a new stereo in your truck like right now. That's why we begin processing orders and preparing them for shipment right away. We charge nothing extra for working quickly.


Shipping to U.S.A!

Stereo equipment purchases destined for any of the 48 contiguous United States will in most cases be shipped within two (2) business days.

Shipping Time in transit to Pacific Time Zone two business days.
Shipping Time in transit to Mountain Time Zone two to three business days.
Shipping Time in transit to Central Time Zone three to four business days.
Shipping Time in transit to Eastern Time Zone four to five business days.


Shipping Intl.

STS (SemiTruckStereos.com) will ship to your Australia or Canada address. There is normally a short delay of three to four business days for shipping international orders. Time in transit depends heavily on where you're located. In general, time until delivery in Australia or Canada is about fourteen (14) business days.


Shipping Damage

Items received that were damaged during time in transit must be reported within 48 hours. Stereos that were damaged in transit or are otherwise defective will be retrieved and replaced free of charge. Please understand that we can not fix these issues "right now". It normally doesn't take more than one week to receive the replacement.


Returns

Customers have 30 days to make a return. Return Merchandise Authorization is required before making a return for any reason. Please do not return any item without an RMA# on the shipping label as all unauthorized returns will be refused (returned to sender).

Return for Exchange
If after receiving the stereo you find that isn't meeting your expectations or have just decided on a different model, you are responsible for return shipping.

As long as the items being returned are in brand new never opened condition and you are returning for exchange, there is no restock fee.

Stereos that have already been installed no matter how briefly they were in the vehicle will be assessed on a per case basis and a restock fee of 5% to 20% can be applied.

Return for Refund
If you've received your new stereo, haven't unpackaged or installed it and would like to return for refund, you are responsible for return shipping and in most cases a 5% to 10% restock fee. Stereos and other equipment who's packaging has been opened or removed will be assessed a restock fee of 5% to 20%.
